Monday’s Music Moves Me
The theme this week is Father’s Day tribute. At first glance, one would think that the selection of songs about dads and fathers would be a little thin. Take a look into country music and you will find a deep well of songs that fit the theme. Not all of the tunes today will be country, but there will be a few cowboys and girls in the mix. Enjoy.
It’s no secret, we are photo lovers. Videos are alright once and a while, but there is something about still photos that is precious and we always love looking back. Mom has a lot of photos from her entire life and we cherish them all. Happy Father’s Day to you.

I hope you had a nice Father’s Day. I loved your tribute to your dad and the quote about the importance of photographs is spot on! Yesterday was an emotionally mixed on. Happy to have such a fine husband whose a wonderful Father and my son who is now a very good daddy to his infant boy but sad that I couldn’t call my daddy to talk to him. One day, we’ll see our earthly dads again and even better than that, we’ll see our heavenly Father someday. Thanks for sharing such wonderful music with us. Have a boogietastic week, my friend!

Photos are so precious. They make a person I never knew (your Dad) come alive. Enjoyed your music. I thought at first (like you) there weren’t that many Dad Tribute songs (as opposed to Father was a terrible father and I still suffer from it type songs), but I was proved wrong and I’m glad.
