The first week of April has come, we’ve had 70 degree temperatures and 4 inches of rain. The second week will bring freezing temps and probably frozen blooms on many flowers. The Dogwood trees, daffodils, and tulips have all bloomed but most of the other flowers are still dormant or in budding stage. The grass is turning green, leaves are setting on the trees and minor league baseball is in the air. I have not had a change to photograph any flowers or sports the past couple of weeks so these images are from 2019.

Monday’s Music Moves Me
The theme this week at 4M is “Rain” They say April showers bring May flowers, so I am sharing a few images from 2019. Musically, I am going to share a little spiritual rain. Praise and worship music is good for the soul and brings joy to the heart. Enjoy.
Delightful photos, fabulous music, thank you.

Flowers are my favorite thing about spring. Mowing the lawn, not so much.

The last flower with the water droplets is amazing! Your weather is like typical spring weather here in MN, snow one day, seventy the next.

The water droplets on the hibiscus was an experiment I was trying out and I was very pleased with the results.

Spring is a weird weather month. We’ve been having spring here. All the almond trees are now green. I’m loving the mild temps though. Great shots as always.
Love your take on rain.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.

Spring in NW Arkansas can be a little unsettling, but it will truly be spring in a week or two.

It felt more summer than spring last week. The rain that moved into our area Saturday night brought in cooler temperatures and like you, we’re expected to get a few nights back in the 30s with one night forecast to dip below freezing. Good grief, this weather is crazy. Your photos are beautiful. I love the colors! The direction you went with your inspiring and powerfully moving song picks is the kind of rain showers I like best. Have a blessed and boogietastic week, my friend!

Yes, our forecasts look very similar. Tonight there is a freeze warning then a warming trend the remainder of the week. I just felt like bringing a storm of blessings to the table this week.

You do a great photographic job on both sports and flowers. You are way ahead of us in the springtime bloom but spring has finally come to our area (although we had some snow Monday and may have some snow or freezing rain overnight). One of my husband’s cousins is a big fan of Casting Crowns. It’s good to blog about our theme this week from a different angle. Alana ramblinwitham
