Monday’s Music Moves Me
The theme this week at 4M is things that make you think of May. I may be a week early, but May 11, is our wedding anniversary and this year it shares the spotlight with Mother’s Day. So what music was popular in 51 years ago. The most popular song at any wedding, including ours, was Paul Stookey’s, The Wedding Song.
How wonderful to be celebrating 51 years! Olivia has a photo of her and Madison with that same guitar at the Grand Ole Opry from December 2021. Have a Grand anniversary week.

You can’t go the Opry and not have your photo taken in front of one of the guitars!

I think the gentleness is was drew us to the song in the first place. It said everything we wanted to say about our marriage.

What a nice trip to take together for your 51st. Fun fact – I never associated the singer of that song with Peter, Paul and Mary. I learned something today. Alana ramblinwitham
