Christmas 2010
One of the blessings of Christmas is family. One blessing that our family has enjoyed is that we live in the same town, so we get to see each other on a somewhat regular basis. My wife and I have been able to watch the grandkids grow up. We’ve attended baseball games, soccer matches, track meets, dance competitions, choir concerts and more. Each year we get to celebrate Christmas together even if only for the day. My your Christmas be filled with the joy that only family can bring. Merry Christmas.

You have a very beautiful & handsome family, my friend. Having the opportunity to watch the next generation grow is a gift in itself, but sometimes you do have to share this time with the other side of the family, but who gives in will be a whole other story. I decided rather than have my daughter go through arguments and heartache I gave in with a smile so she would be happy! Her hubby has a huge Irish family. My huge Italian family is over now when my mother passed on. So now I told her to let’s have Christmas the weekend after and both sides will be happy. No more having 2 bites and have to run or not open all the presents cuz they have to run. It works out better this way and I get to see all the children open up all their presents and eat dinner here. Woo Hoo!!! Merry Christmas!

There was a time when we would spend Thanksgiving with one family and Christmas with the other, then flip the visits the next year. Now we are grateful for those holidays that family can get together since the grand kids are starting to leave the nest and live their lives anew.
