Wedding Reception Centerpiece
Recently my wife was asked to create a couple of centerpiece arrangements for the wedding of a friends granddaughter. I captured a few images while they were sitting on the counter at home. Due to COVID-19 I was unable to attend the wedding and reception, so I didn’t get any images of the arrangements in their final placement. And just in case you’re wondering, they are silk flowers.
Oh my goodness, your wife does fabulous work and they’re really silk? Nahhhhhh you’re pullin’ our leg aren’t ya? They look so real? Fantastic job to the Mrs.!!! WOW

She’s able to be a little more selective regarding what she chooses to do these days. Her schedule doesn’t get quite as full that way.

Weddings are not the same but at least flowers are still pretty!

I suppose the up side is that most ceremonies are now limited to the family and is a much more private affair. The focus is on the couple and not all of the “stuff”.

Very, very nice. Despite being silk, the arrangement has an old fashioned (I mean that in a good sense) feel to it. Your wife is talented!

There is a vintage look to the arrangement and it was exactly how the bride envisioned it.
