It’s early and I’m just not sure what I’m looking at. I can see the hearth, but that and what I’m looking at aren’t coming together. Most colorful though.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
It is a very large sculpture and light show currently on display at our local museum. The event takes place after dark. There will probably be a more complete explanation in my post for Monday. What you are looking at probably represents a giant ember in a fire…at least that’s the way I see it.
Crystal Bridges! Sigh….We had been thinking of returning to Arkansas for a visit, once I retired (this past April) until…well, this current situation. I see this is an annual event, although I’m sure the content will be different if we can get out there next year. I never would have guessed “A Hearth” from your picture, so I look forward to your Monday post.
I think the sculpture is supposed to be a glowing ember from a fireplace or firepit. It is probably fifteen feet in diameter. The music and light show that is part of this exhibit just can’t be explained, it has to be experienced.

The photo doesn’t do the presentation justice. There is music and lighting motion that really enhance the experience.
