Aww Mondays

2020 Christmas Music Marathon – Day 25
Have you ever gazed in to the night sky and wondered what was beyond the heavens that you could see. Have you ever thought about what that first Christmas night must have been like. Most of the world took little note of the birth of the Messiah including those religious leaders who should have known what was happening. It was indeed the most Holy Night and reason to sing Hallelujah! My two all-time favorite videos celebrating the birth of Christ. Merry Christmas to one and all.
My friend, thank you for the beautiful Christmas mewsic and the gift of Jesus. I wish I had been able to visit more frequently this month but the times I managed to catch your posts I found a blessing wrapped up in each one. Thank you for sharing Jesus’ light this holy season. I hope you and your family have a joyful and blessed Christmas and may God’s gifts to you in the coming new year be ones of good health and happiness. Anything else that He bestows your way will be icing on the cake as they say! Merry Christmas!

Yes, I’ve thought about all those things. Jesus is the reason for the season. That’s why it’s called CHRISTmas.
Love the videos and especially the last one. Wow.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week, my friend. 🙂

For me, David Phelps is the gold standard for how O Holy Night should be sung and I love everything about the flash mob video. Have a very Merry Christmas.

I enjoyed the Hallelujah Chorus performance in Philadelphia and thank you for sharing. We have a tradition where I used to work in Binghamton, New York of a community performance of Handel’s Messiah each Christmas season by The Downtown Singers. This year would have been the 38th year – due to the pandemic they are streaming a recording of the 2007 performance online until December 28.
