Phone Photo
Okay, okay…so I took a break in January. I usually take a little time away from blogging after the Christmas Music Marathon but this year I have been a little slow in returning to the fray.
Recently I have been considering upgrading my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Active and I must say, “It has been bulletproof.” It makes calls quickly, has a good speaker phone option, and it actually takes very good photos, like the one above, of Lucy. Still, the battery life is a little shorter than I like and some of the apps are a little slow. I have had the phone for a little over 4 years so I qualify for an upgrade without any penalty. I began my cell phone journey with a Motorola flip-phone. I migrated to a Blackberry, then an IPhone and about eight years ago I switched to an android phone with the Samsung Galaxy S4. I don’t have any problems with an IPhone, I just decided to try the android and I liked it. So now my choice is IPhone 12 or Galaxy S21-5G. Which would you choose? I know the world runs on Apple and I have and IPad mini and an IPad 10″ screen but I don’t know if there is any advantage to adding an IPhone to the stable since I have not had an occasion to need all of my devices synced. Your suggestions are welcome.
Aww! what a cute pic nice and clear too …woof! 🙂
I upgraded last summer to another Samsung, it’s a Galaxy A51 I am well pleased with it I don’t use any of the Apple devices too restrictive 🙂
Enjoy your new phone 📲
Have a safetastic week 😷😷😷

When I do make the upgrade, it will probably be Samsung again.

I’ve always had an iPhone, and I have loved it in every way.

I liked my IPhone. It’s just that I have had an android for so long that I am not a fan of making the switch back to Apple protocol.

I have an android and I like it, but it’s the first and only smart phone I’ve ever had. I can’t help you with any decision making.
Aw, Lucy is always a welcomed sight. She’s a pretty girls for sure.
I can’t tell you how happy I was to see a post from you this morning. I’ve missed you.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. 🙂

I have had a busy schedule and blogging had to take a backseat to other priorities for a few weeks. I am back and already have most of my Monday post loaded.

Smart phones are incredibly intelligent until something goes wrong. Then they are a dumb as a brick.

I have had both android and apple phones and there are pros and cons for both. If you want to take pictures with your phone, I would determine which one had the best photo capability. Have a marvellously Happy Day!

We are a Microsoft and Android home, no mac, apple or Iphone and we survive quite well. Androids are great and we don’t really get what the hype is about Iphones. Mom has a Huawei which you can’t get here anymore, but it is Android and she loves it.

I’m pretty sure I’m going to stay in the android family. When I want a really good photo, I bring out my DSLR. When I need to capture something on the spur of the moment, the the phone is the only option and it’s convenient.

I have been an iPhone user for all my smartphone life. Mine is over 4 years old now. I would say, if you like Android, stick with it. iPhones tend to be expensive for what you are getting, and in some ways, I have read that they have features before iOS gets those same features. But I would also say that for those who think of a smartphone as a camera that you can make phone calls on (as I do) iPhones are the way to go. So, I just contradicted myself!

I appreciate everyone’s input, but I think my old “I don’t like change” will probably lean toward the new Galaxy when I finally get a good enough deal to update my phone.
