Christmas is a time of great joy and celebration, but it can also be a time of somber reflection. Today is the 12th anniversary of my dad’s stepping into eternity in 2009 and meeting his Savior. This ornament is in honor of his career with the railroad.
I am blessed above all men through the people God has placed in my life. My father was the model of what a father should look like. He loved his family, he loved his work, and he loved helping others. I had wonderful grandparents and the best parents anyone could imagine. God has given me a very special lady for my wife and blessed me with a daughter, a son-in-law and four incredible grandchildren but the most special gift of all is the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Have a blessed Christmas season.
