In addition to the ornament adorned trees in the house, there are several small ceramic items sitting on a shelf in the dining area. I removed them and placed each item on our kitchen island so I could put a solid background behind them (black cardboard) and sit them on granite to get a nice reflection. Two of my favorite items are the creamer and little sugar bowl below.

Gramma has a salt and pepper that look like your creamer and sugar. They are from Mom’s grandparents, so they are super old. Nice photos with the reflections.

The kitchen island is a common place for me to photograph small items. The reflections never disappoint.

Enjoyed your ceramics. My late mother in law had some table items; they may have been Spode. Carol of the Bells was one of my favorite Christmas songs as a teenager. Alana ramblinwitham

My wife has acquired several nice pieces of ceramic over the years. There will probably be another post or two before the end of the marathon.
