Happy Fall Y’all!

Monday’s Music Moves Me
The theme this week at 4M is, “Song picks that says, Now that it’s autumn, what are you looking forward to?” I don’t know if my songs will reflect what I’m looking forward to. We love high school football and the games have begun. The weather this year has been perfect to set up spectacular autumn colors and a fall that will last longer than normal. I look forward to spending some days in my sweats…all day! Since I don’t know of many songs that reflect these activities, I’m just going to roll with another eclectic selection of songs that I like. Have a blessed week. And yes…the fall decorations above are compliments of my wife. She’s really pretty good at decor.
Just a thought. It seems, in these difficult times, we are missing access to the greatest force in the universe. Prayer should be a daily activity and not a last resort.
Your wife is a talented decorator. My favorites today were the classics – Nat King Cole and Frank Sinatra. Enjoy fall! Alana ramblinwitham

Your wife does have the touch.
Prayer needs to be our steering wheel, not the spare tire, as Corrie ten Boom used to say.

I’m not religious, but I agree with you that one does not pray when it suits you but pray because of the faith you have and belief in it’s workings. We may not see it, but it doesn’t mean it’s not there. I enjoyed the tunes especially Nat King Cole. Oh…love the decor!

The wifey sure does make your home cozy with her decorating talents. I know you appreciate her gifts. The change in season for me is often the feeling it gives me, not necessarily any particular thing. I agree with you needs to be a daily activity and not a last resort. God wants us to talk to Him and unlike humans, His ear is ready to listen 24/7 where you are. No need to go anywhere, do anything, just drop your head and pray. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful, soul lifting song with The Power of Prayer. Have a boogietastic week, my friend!
