Great Week With Great-Grands
Recently the whole family was in town to celebrate our daughter’s 50th birthday. All four grandchildren and both great-grands were here most of the week. While in town the greats spent some quality time with Nana.
The youngest great-grandson spent time in the kitchen with Nana. They were making mini-pie shells for little lemon meringue pies…our daughter’s favorite flavor.
Needless to say, “There were good times in the kitchen!”

Meanwhile, the older brother was crafting a special birthday card for our daughter, his Nina, and spending time checking the tomatoes and cucumbers in our garden.
Nana is a “hands-on” great grandmother and while the grands enjoy their quality time with Nana I get some awesome photo ops. Have a blessed week.
Monday’s Music Moves Me
Jul 6th Around the globe early July, World UFO Day is observed. Prompts this week you might consider is anything space related – stars, aliens, spaceships, galaxy, …. Get out of this world wild while having loads of fun discovering music to share! Now that you know the theme, here are my thoughts. Rocket Man, Sky Pilot and Moon River were just too obvious, so I headed to the country and found these tunes for your listening pleasure.

The grands are flying further away from the nest and getting together is becoming a serious planning issue. Time together is special.
